What is Cery up to? I think we must consider that Cery is purposely making the company insolvent so all the debts and tax liabilities go away. He is a smart fella in a self centered conniving way.

Very will just open up a new shell and put the assets in there. Look for him to do a 50-1 reverse split. Or perhaps 100-1 split. After the split he will just issue himself more shares.

Cery is a confirmed drug user (cocaine), a user of prostitutes with company money, and liar of the largest proportions.
