I apologize for the late response, as I was traveling all last week. I am now back in the D.C. area. I can confirm that the company is indeed involved in talks with a chemical company for one of its many divisions. I cannot go into any more detail than that.

I was forwarded a posting from a shareholder on a message board, of which I don't personally get involved with, but the message stated that I was "livid" over Mr. Cutler's email. I had to chuckle as that isn't exactly the case. I was hired to work with the company for future endeavors, which is now coming to fruition. I simply don't want any information leaked because I pride myself on keeping everything above board. But he is the CEO and can do what he wants. However, I told him to deny everything if anyone inquires for the benefit of this deal, and for the benefit of the shareholders. We discussed it, and we decided to release an update within the next 2-3 weeks.

The authorized shares of the company is 100 million, and from what I am told, the outstanding shares are 90 million. I am not involved in that part of the company. Right now, we are just getting the plans together to make it a smooth transaction, should it develop.
