Well despite the best efforts of the SEC, DTC and FINRA penny stocks are still alive, albeit on life support. However, stock promotions are basically toast and anyone still pissing their money away in them is just contributing to the promoters retirement fund.

If you like playing 'pumps' your better off playing good old fashioned iHub group plays like LE_OM last week which ran from like .02 - .16. That was a pure group play pushed by the Power House.

That's the way it use to be, before folks got caught up with chasing promos and making the promoters fat. In stronger group plays like that timing is critical but generally everyone can get a quick flip or two in.....unlike promos where only the promoters make money....lol.
