The question is, now that you have a big responsibility, like 40 million of them towards your fellow shareholders, why is the wall at 4, 136 Mil, cause i only have 1,5 Mil waiting to be sold at that price ?

Something tells me that you moved all that was bought at 3, only one floor up, if you believe this company will do great just lock in 28 Mil and sell the rest past .001 in smaller blocks, is only $12K you invested, selling 12 mil at any price past .001 will ensure your money back, the rest are free trading shares.

And who mentioned about buying preferred restricted shares ?

Ask Chavez about my offer, i offered to surrender half of my portfolio for restricted preferred shares, it's nothing i have not tried before, that anyone thought about on this board, when it was Austin Estate buyer i also offered that, and also incorporate my business in New York into the company, please i'm not a rookie but i smell plenty around here.
