2)for new undisclosed client (deal)

But also... in Q1 2014 they will expand their third machine to also be able to do 1 kilometer lengts, whereas now two machines can and their third not (three stage production process)

I personally do not think they would invest and expand to 1 km lengths without a deal or promise of a deal.

We shall see
