The purchase price of each unit was $0.40 for gross proceeds of $2,400,000. In the aggregate, we issued 6,000,000 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase 3,600,000 shares. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.40 per share and are exercisable beginning on the six-month anniversary of the issuance date and expire on the five-year anniversary of the issuance date.
