The only thing really spinning before the court is a $400K bill submitted by Berenson & Co. LLC for the valuation study done for the equity committee. The trustee has challenged the expense's necessity, completeness and cost per billable hour. I don't see anything else relevant to simply winding down the process of BK.

It's just nickel an dime stuff.
