So far, the "technology" has been proven to process 1/4 cup of crude oil in a batch process

that is it

good luck coming up with a process that produces much more than that on a continuous basis

as an example, it would take 316 million 1/4 cups of oil to equal 100,000 barrels of oil

You would have to increase the sample size of the patented process by 316 million times in order to come up with a process that works continuously with 100,000 bbl/day

Let me ask a hyperthetical; What If this Company; or any other, had the Technology that Produce 100,000 Barrels a Day with the Technology Petrosonic claims to have ?; What do you think the company would be worth ?

* I don't believe this company has the technology; but if this technology did exist what would it be worth and why ?
