Take a look at LATF chart and recent news. I'll try to break it down, but use your own judgement.

recent news says to me the minimum price per share should be .0005 (the sold something for $500,000 down and additional money after that. Since it wasn't specific I think the total deal is $1m)

Now look at the chart, all time lows and nice bounces from here.

Seriously take a look.
