As I said before the delay is just one piece, the filings were not great either and insiders show no confidence in this picking up traction. It still appears to be a struggling start up instead of a self sustainable operational company.

Don't get me wrong I like the company and it is a great start up, but the market has it correct in their lack of confidence currently after such disclosures have been made.
