It di go Kabboom after the 15-12 G. Sometimes stocks that voluntarily delist come back strong later on. The company could help itself and shareholders with a PR indicating what its plans are in making future announcements and PRs on earnings, wether financials will be posted on the web site, and updates on who will do future audits. I am most interested in who grabbed those 2 million shares so quickly. Prior to the 15-12G, the growth was impressive in sign ups in Malaysia and Asia and other filings were regular. The company had audits in both Malaysia and the US. Perhaps the company acted proactively in its filing since it was impacted(along with other companies) when its US auditor was put down.
