They are going to need to find something to move more than a few %'s. I predict if they do this it will only make APS money for the first pick (will not make any of their followers anything). Followers don;t make anything, no-one is going to jump in the next one. Fail.

They are going to need to somehow stick to penny's where they can manipulate or they are done.
