Vertical Computer Systems, Inc. (OTC: VCSY) has been making a big move up since May of this year from its base of just under $0.02 the stock has exploded upwards on accelerated volume.

On October 6 VCSY announced that it has entered into an agreement with UniFocus, Inc. (UniFocus) to license VCSY's SiteFlash(TM).

SiteFlash(TM) is a content management, e-commerce, and workflow technology. Under the agreement, UniFocus licensed the right to distribute SiteFlash(TM) to the worldwide hospitality market including hotels, restaurant chains and theme parks but excluding casinos. In addition, UniFocus will also develop specific applications of the SiteFlash product to cater to the industries it serves.
