So what do you think their reason for this flurry of filings with NVSOS http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=IKddBNrKpSmTKyKBfzN%252fTg%253d%253d&CorpName=TIDELANDS+OIL+%26+GAS+CORPORATION after they went dark in 2009 with a 15-12g filing and also allowing their state filings to lapse in that same year.
