I gotta say other than waiting on some production reports if you go back and read the Press Releases here you'll see that BAYP management has been following through on everything they've stated....

Add to that with little to no debt on the books we currently have a Market Cap of only 450k at .0003....

Lastly today's PR was for five wells at triple the Net Revenue Interest and as management stated they will not be raising the authorized capital here so they must have another way to pay for these wells....
