What to look for, and how to know, that the VC's are Loading shares for a Run.
> Look for the "Big Green Spikes" in volume,
with NO change in the price of the stock.
Example:
> CSLI - On September 16th, there was a Big Spike in Volume, with No change in the price of the stock.
CSLI 0.0001 - Targets 0.0003 / 0.0004 / 0.0006 / 0.0007 / 0.0011
