Yea, Scottrade is good like that, they will buy you out of a position. Fidelity sucks, they won't.

I thought about transferring to Scottrade but they won't accept an electronic transfer of BIHC and getting a cert is impossible.

My only option with fidelity is to pray they eventually are declared worthless by DTC.

I wouldn't ever set out to hurt anyone deliberately unless it was, you know, important - like a league game or something.
