Nope, just called Fidelity today. Shows it as non-trading with no market but it has NOT been declared worthless by DTC yet so I can't.

Fidelity said I'm stuck with it until it goes thought the process. Apparently it still has "equitable value" - yea right!

I wouldn't ever set out to hurt anyone deliberately unless it was, you know, important - like a league game or something.
