Acorn Energy Inc (ACFN)

Why would anyone sell at this price??? It definitely is a hit that the company is diluting, but I feel it is obvious that the potential for success in US seismic should have us trading well above these levels. $5 a share is a great price here, so I am looking forward to holding what I have until we go back to that level (could be as soon as the company generates a PR) and will then sell 60% of what I currently own (more then I'd like so I could average down) and will be sitting with a nice little free pile of shares that I will feel good about holding until I personally think the company has found its apex.

Situations like this I have learned it pays well to be patient ;)
