I'm not worried about those 400 Million restricted shares. Every stock within the market experience dilution at some point in time. If there wasn't any dilution, then there wouldn't be any market.
With that said, how good a stock survives in conjunction with its dilution is another story. With those 400 Million Restricted Shares of GNCP, in my opinion, it was probably a choice between to either increase the Outstanding Shares (OS) or do a reverse split high enough to capture enough shares to allow the deal to consummate (the "deal" meaning a Joint Venture (JV) or merger of some sort). Considering all of the musical chairs of shares that have been transpiring from looking though their filings, I would like to think that we are close to some kind of an announcement of such.
