According to the paper work, which I have kept up on throughout the entire train wreck (at least for common holders) that this has been, distributions of cash and cash and stock will be issued for the reorganized company for those who had made "valid claims." Some things may be coming our way, assuming the common stock I held since 2011 qualifies as a valid claim, regardless if proof of such claim was ever made.

There is going to be a class action if the aforementioned is not executed. In such a case, it may be likely, if we assume that this case will be somewhat representative of other BK cases, that common holders will receive some settlement, which could exceed what the stock was trading at prior to the seize and or the BK.

Any thoughts on this, for anyone else who has kept up with the litany of legal documents?
