It will go to $0.0005 or lower long before it hits $0.0013 unless there's another promotion soon. In July after the first big promo there were some unhappy customers here trying to buck each other up with their charts and explanations why it had to pop higher soon. I predicted it would go below $0.001 without more news. It did and eventually touched $0.0003. I don't care what the weather report says.
