It's not personal. You seem to understand this a manipulated stock. Charting relies on predictable patterns. The two facts are at odds. Also, buying shares on the news suggests people believing it's positive for the company and the shares will benefit. But standard financial analysis is also out the window given the ridiculous level of dilution. Finally, these guys haven't delivered on one promise yet.

The right way to play it, unless you're the one dumping 100 million shares with every new PR, is to recognize it's all a cynical game to make money off the unsuspecting. But if everyone's onto the game, the only ones with the sure play are the insiders who are selling. I suspect people have caught on because it can't get back over $0.001 and is already slipping from yesterday's pump up.
