Health-insurance exchanges set to open. The government shutdown notwithstanding, health-insurance exchanges are due to open today for people to buy plans in one of the most important provisions of Obamacare. Health insurers that intend to sell coverage on some exchanges include UnitedHealth (UNH), Aetna (AET), WellPoint (WLP) and Humana (HUM). Molina Healthcare (MOH) is also set to play a role.
