It could also be one of Ironridge's affiliates selling to another, or as I said it could be a Kim S.-type getting rid of some of his shares. In no case, though, does this seem to indicate a near-term spike in PPS beyond maybe .02, again I could be (and hope I am) wrong.
As for who's in charge, seems Berry is clearly still in the game, I think all know how to get a hold of her and somebody should inquire to her directly if she's "getting the band back together" (e.g. CJ, Sean) sometime soon or has another plan:
