I agree as you know. They need to report the actual share count correctly in their filing as soon as possible. But you made a statement that made it sound as if they are doing a RS in order to sell billions of shares into the market as so many other pinkies do and that's just far fetched on a company with 23 million shares outstanding right now if you assume the RS is not completed.
