I wouldn't be surprised if Jerome Mahoney makes a move to sell his ownership in BGNN to another entity.

Jerome Mahoney has over the years been involved with niche companies. VOIP for one and Green Technologies.

BGNN is the best of the bunch and worth more than .001 and the movement of 400,000,000 shares to some entity is most likely in stronger hands w/dead weight n the stock gone!

IMO, adding marijuana sales would blow this thru .005 with the low float and past history of runs!
