On September 22, 2013 , the Board of Directors of Las Vegas Railway Express, Inc. (the "Company") determined that the Company will not effectuate the 20-for-1 reverse split of the Company's common stock, that was approved by the Company's stockholders (subject to the right of the Board of Directors not to proceed with the reverse split) at a special meeting held on June 11, 2013 .
