Dana Resources (DANR)

This company does not exist any more. Dana Resources was administratively dissolved for failure to file its reports with Wyoming. You have 2 years in Wyoming to reinstate, after that, the company is permanently dead. Someone filed Articles of Incorporation again under the same name in Wyoming, as a close corporation, on August 12, 2013. A close corporation cannot have more than 35 shareholders. Therefore, by definition, a close corporation cannot be a public company.
However, the main problem is that its legally impossible to "resurrect" a Wyoming company once its charter is permanently revoked. Dana Resources, the company incorporated on August 12, 2013, is a completely different company than the one that trades as DANR. That company no longer exists and so any promotion of this company or claims that it is in business is a complete and utter FRAUD.
