Why I believe MTRN will purchase LQMT and VPC

It seems very clear to me that Materion is the Party seeking control of Liquidmetal, based upon their past investment in the technology and the promising applications they foresee with their customer base.

I do not believe that Materion has confidence in the current production capabilities of Liquidmetal in Denver. They do not have adequate research and development staff in situ at Denver, and they have not yet shown that they are production-ready, as there has been no ramp-up.

I believe that MTRN will buy out both LQMT and VPC and take on all manufacturing responsibilities themselves, as they certainly have that capability to bring added manufacturing value to the liquidmetal ingots they are now able to produce.
