PharmaJanes was created and exists in a press release only - it doesn't exist as a company in Florida, California or Delaware.

By created on 03/11 I meant the domain was purchased that day.

It was similar to Medical Greens as it didn't exist before the 03/11 press release. There was no known address, phone number or employees. This was particularly odd because when acquired they already had $12.5 million in contracts.

And a leopard can't change his spots and ole Hipple used the same deal with PharmaJanes - and what is very odd prior to the 05/14 press release about AEGY acquiring PharmaJanes there is no known address, no phone number, not registered as a business entity and no employees to secure the $5 million in contracts. One has to suspend reality to believe that PharmaJanes has $5 million in contracts.

How do I know there is no employees - PharmaJanes was not registered with the California state franchise tax board.

Could you tell me what state it was created in?

Or do you mean it was created on 3/11/2013 in the sense that it was first promoted then?
