RULES for bringing new stocks here

At the BIOWAVE we apply fundamental analysis to the catalyst news cycle and use technical analysis to inform us of when to act. Your initial post of a new stock on this board should provide at a minimum the following:

1)Name the catalysts nearby and provide a timeline for them

2)Discuss the financial resources of the company and prove they
have the resources available to meet their timeline

3)Discuss the company's business plan and provide a basis for
understanding how management will meet their objectives

if this proves difficult then your due diligence is not complete
and needs additional effort
