Emerald announced the sale of substantially all of its non-operated assets for $113m. The properties included 850boe/d of production and 26,580 net acres.

Additionally, the company provided updated 2013 production guidance that, excluding the impact of the non-operated asset sale, is an increase of ~400boe/d in 3Q13 and 4Q13 as well as the 2013 exit rate.
