CUCCINELLI DONATES VALUE OF STAR'S CEO GIFT TO CHARITY

Five weeks before election day, VA Repub candidate for gov AG Ken Cuccinelli, under siege for not reporting gifts from a VA businessman and trailing Dem candidate Terry McAuliffe in the polls, said yesterday he was "making arrangements" to donate $18,000 to a local charity, the equivalent of gifts Cuccinelli received from Star Scientific's CEO. Initially Cuccinelli said he could not afford to return the $18,000.

Ken Cuccinelli appeals to teabaggers who say they want small gov't, but want the gov't to control women's bodies.
