No, you have it backwards. A company has to PAY first. They can't "file" with the for-profit OTCMarkets without paying them the subscription fee first. And then they can "file" anything as there are absolutely no standards whatsoever. Even obviously bogus and incomplete financial statements. OTCMarkets does not review them in any way, shape or form. As long as their check clears, they are fine in OTCMarket's eyes. Which is why much of what is "filed" there is completely fraudulent.
