The loss of the Sylvania contract was a big setback, and they seem to be losing ground at Home Depot to Cree and Philips.
The massive amount of debt, and high costs are bad but they keep bringing in new big investors.
The restricted share arrangements with these investors is very complex and that makes me wonder if retail will have a hard time seeing the pps increase, as more and more shares are converted to common.
The LED industry is still in the early growth stages and it has a long way to go, so hopefully one of the bigs will want their patents, etc...
