you don't need revenue, or even approval, to be given a multi-billion dollar valuation in the market. There are numerous examples. The one that stands out because it goes after a market of similar size (dollar wise) is VRUS which was taken out for $11B pre-revenue with two Hep C drugs just entering Phase III. Of course, NNVC has a platform technology with half a dozen other major candidates in the pipeline to boot. Any valuation post FluCide/Dengue success would have to factor that in as well.

P.S. just for grins... an $11B market cap for NNVC would equate to a stock price of about $68.
