The Special Letter to Stockholders from 4/23/11 is on the website. However, what I received as a shareholder in the mail back in 2011 was the Special Letter to Stockholders and Balance Sheets and Statement of Operations. It is my understanding that the balance sheet is little changed since then as well.

The trading in the stock the past nine years seems to be capped just around the .014 level. I believe that resistance will become support.
