Imaging Patents / Brigitte Phan-Patent Attorney-Allergan / Dr. Thorpe / Lisa Ortega....

one piece to this puzzle and how Brigitte and/or Allergan fits into this would be Allergan, which is a known for its specialty in eye care and Peregrines Imaging PGN632 ( or other version of Bavi Imaging for eye care ) has proven as effective and safe as current SOC =

Our data show that the PS-targeting PGN632 is atleast as efficacious as Standard of Care "Zirgan" ...

...by providing symptomatic relief in addition to reducing corneal SLE, PGN632 could become one of the drugs of choice for treatment of ocular herpes. ( from link below this info is from CJ's post and the 2nd graph under "Conclusions"... though the CJ's entire post contains good information re: Imaging)

Sirion Therapeutics Announces FDA Approval of Zirgan(TM) (Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel) 0.15% for Herpetic Keratitis

(How many ocular herpes cases per year in just the US?)

Herpetic keratitis, an ocular disease caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV), is a significant cause of corneal blindness and a leading indication for corneal transplantation in the US, with approximately 50,000 new and recurrent cases each year. After the initial outbreak, HSV becomes a latent infection in the trigeminal ganglion or cornea, with repeated recurrences that frequently lead to corneal scarring and ocular inflammation, increasing the risk of blindness.

I never really paid too much attention to Allergan / Briggitte Phan / Dr. Philip Thorpe ..etc when we heard of his passing, but again... Brigitte Phan didn't just show up on Dr. Thorpes "PAV" list for no reason and works for Allergan. So..just another possibility and depth that we have in working with Bavi and imaging and there is certainly enough cases (50,000!) on an annual basis that would make this a good fit. On top of that.... Allergan doesn't own under its own right the SOC of Zirgan as the above link shows that its from "Sirion Therapeutics". I know the oncology part of it all may be completely out of the scope of Allergan, but remember.. Allergan has always been an "ACQUISITION" type company and buy what they want.... and one never knows who will take the plunge once they see the safety and effectiveness that the Bavi anti-PS targeting platform offers.

Now the question is if Allergan "may" be behind the scenes this entire time.... how would they know about Peregrines up and coming anti-PS platform?

For one... they have Lisa Ortega that was President in the Global Clinical Supply Group and "DIRECTLY" knew one, Gerald Finken... at least on a business level that we know of ... as of now. Notice the names on this list and NOTICE how Lisa Ortega is active just 2 weeks ago so she still checks in.

Finally... Lisa Ortega's linkedin profile and just to confirm another point of contact at CSM in Fargo, ND.... we have Lori D. which you will notice her "recommendations" on every single category under Lisa Ortegas "skills and expertise"

----------------------------------------------------------------

All this started the day we heard about the passing of Dr. Philip Thorpe... and Brigitte Phan right up there on the top of the PAV list..... and for a very Bavi reason.

"Bavituximab is a first-in-class phosphatidylserine (PS)-targeting monoclonal antibody that is the cornerstone of a broad clinical
pipeline."
-- Big Pharmas nightmare... unless they are fortunate enough to have The Bavi Edge!
