Stock Market Confirms Formation of Short-term Low

Yesterday, our cycle analysis identified the potential development of the latest short-term cycle low (STCL) in the stock market. Today, a cycle low signal was generated, confirming that a new short-term cycle is in progress.
From an intermediate-term perspective, the latest intermediate-term cycle low (ITCL) is imminent and it could be forming this week in conjunction with the latest STCL. Therefore, it will be important to monitor market behavior closely heading into the close on Friday.
From a long-term perspective, it remains highly likely that the cyclical bull market from 2009 is in the final stage of its development.
The overdue cyclical top could form at any time, so it will be important to monitor the development of the latest short-term and intermediate-term cycles for the next assessment of bull market health.
