What did you see in 2008 that indicated any sign of a scam?

It did not go south and turn to toxic debt until late 2010 as I recall. It was then that it was obvious that Ed could not ramp up sales fast enough for the NJ plant to stop the cash burn, and then instead of eliminating his boated salary, he fired the only people that could have increased sales, the sales dept and switched to his vertical farming scam merger scam deal.
