We currently have no plans for a R/S we would prefer to see the stock stable and shareholder value increased as no shares have been issued for over a year.

I called company earlier they said no reverse split in the near future. Symbol change and news in about a week. They want to do a big PR and symbol change on the same day.

10) ....thanks for reading this far down if you made it, lol. Oh yeah reasons to sell: share structure is too high. But there has been no dilution in a year and a promise of no RS....so damage already done. Ever been in a stock where the OS was say 700 million, and with a lot of volume it still doesnt move? Thats sometimes active dilution. When its non-existent like here and no V-Brother MM's, pps moves can rapidly happen. BBD* had a high SS last year and ran from .0003 to .0199 after announcing btw that dilution was over....and we have something much more impactful then a beverage drink: The Best Tire in the World. Also, the tire industry every year does around $100 billion in sales....so having the Patent of a new tire technology in this immense field can more then make up for a high SS -- especially of course if new deals are done with any of the major manufacturers.
