On Thursday May 12, 9:00 am ET Penn Biotech, Inc. announced it had changed its name to United Traffic System, Inc.
The URLs "www.penn-bio.com" along with "www.unitedtrafficsystem.com," which was slated to be used by Penn Biotech, Inc. for this new entity, are no longer available to them due to unpaid invoices and unfulfilled contractual obligations.

It is our strong opinion that investors should undertake in depth due diligence when investigating claims of proprietary technologies and / or exclusivity contracts as they relate to Penn-Biotech Inc. and United Traffic System Inc.

Anyone who has experienced problems when dealing with Penn-Biotech Inc. are encouraged to seek help from the proper regulatory authorities.

We urge anyone currently associated with Penn-Biotech including investors, partners or service providers to investigate the Company's past behaviour as it relates to business dealings and use good judgement when entering into any type of contractual agreement or business relationship.
