Senator Rand Paul promises to do everything he can to stop Barack
Obama from bombing Syria without congressional approval.

Paul asserts that the reason Obama won't risk a vote in Congress
is because he is worried he will be defeated as the UK's Prime
Minister David Cameron was on Thursday when the British
parliament rejected Cameron's proposal forcing to acknowledge
that he will not join Obama in attacking Syria.
