I also will leave your stock alone since you are obviously honest enough to ask about what you do not know instead of being a pretender or pumper under any circumstance.

I have seen a few stocks survive Asher, but in those rare instances Asher really was used as "bridge" financing and not engaged regularly, which is the modus operandi of a stock which literally has no other means of obtaining financing because the fundamentals are rock bottom.

Questions to ask yourself honestly regarding your large holding in DRHC are one, is this one of the very rare cases of bridge financing or more likely financing that will be engaged in over and over until the wheels fall off and two, to what end is Asher funding being used - to pay G&A costs or something actually accretive in value?

Chances are against you when Asher is around so it is best to be extremely subjective with yourself when evaluating, i.e. put aside the rose colored glasses for a minute and look at it as if you did not own any shares and were just a prospective buyer doing due diligence.

That said I may take a peek and if I do find anything glaring I will notify you in private. Best of luck with it and I appreciate your candor and stay pragmatic always with any stock.

I have had Asher show up out of the blue and bite my ass good when the company had previously had no problem with obtaining traditional financing. If that is the case with your stock it is usually a signal that things have turned south and the market, eventually, figures this out.
