Yes, I have been bummed that the pps has been declining, but see this as an excellent point in time to further average down and I'm happy as a clam to be able to get another chance to grab a few more chunks of this before the holiday takeoff. Are we possibly reaching back to fill that $13 gap from June??? Well... this feels so familiar. The calm before the storm. Can't wait until late winter/next spring. Gonna sell off a bit then and take a much needed vacay, lol. GLTA
