Looks like Snowden used other peoples identity higher up the chain of command to steal information as he could not have accessed some of the information he got. Which is a serious security issue as some system admin people have access to other people's login info.

It appears he stole NSA's Black Budget which outlines what we spend our secret money on in pretty good detail. I guess now Russia and China now have that info as well. I would not be upset of we took him out.
