Lots of peeps seem to be having trouble with Internet Explorer 10 and are reverting back to IE 9. To revert back to IE 9 just uninstall IE 10 or you can try hitting the F12 button to see if using Browser Mode IE 9 helps.

I don't use IE so I can't test it.

Just do a search of uninstall IE 10 and you will find instructions.
