The "SHADY PAST" of Mr. Delmar Janovec. The new GREEDSTER running RAYS now!.

Nice little article about Bizauctions and the scamster running it.. the king of R/S's, P&D's and RAYS new man in charge! Mr. Delmar Janovec himself.

(Yeah, this is the guy who is suppose to save the lingering remains of the start up scam RAYS. I guess they couldn't have picked a better person to get that dilution flowing again)

Quote:BizAuctions, Inc. (BZCN.PK): What Lurks Behind The Sinuous Curve

BZCN.pngOn Oct. 11, BizAuctions Inc. (PINK:BZCN) stock price jumped up by 33.33% and closed the session at $0.0008 per share. A notable rise in the traded volume was also recorded, as the number of traded shares reached almost 300 million.

Previously, on Oct.8, the company announced that their Outlet store has registered moderate sales for the first month of its existence. Apparently, the news has provoked some optimism in investors, as BZCN stock price has made a significant upward turn since that day.

BZCN is a company which helps other enterprises liquidate their excessive inventory by picking it up and selling it on eBay. The company claims to have $840 thousand in total assets as compared to the $2 million in total liabilities. Revenues in 2010 are $298 thousand, which is $230 thousand less than the revenues in 2009. The company is not filing with the SEC though, so the numbers in the company's financial sheets cannot be officially confirmed.

BZCN, however, has a very controversial history file. Back in 2006, a stock research website accused BZCN of “committing fraud on the American public”. The article there unravels a stock promotion affair, in which Delmar Janovec, the company's president, used the so called “pump and dump” scheme to swindle investors.
What is even more startling is that the same scheme had been used to promote Net2Auction (NAUC.PK), which at that time was also owned by MR. Janovec.

The shady scheme with NAUC was reported by another website, which also stated that none of the companies run by Delmar Janovec “have produced significant revenue or delivered one penny of profit to shareholders”.

An investor over at iHUB warns about Delmar corrupt loan schemes with con artists, profiting at the expense of naive investors.

The biography of BZCN and its president raises some intricate questions about what actually stands behind the trend in the stock price. Is it the company's unofficial, unaudited financial reports, its business activity or some unknown scheme produced by Mr. Janovec?
