Here I was 100 % correct when informed, that the Stocks As Reserved
Only At SEC Registered And Until Today Have Not Even Been Issued
And Therefore Also Not Been Handed To Any Capital Companies or
And Of NO TRTC Company Related or Associates or Capital
Companies OTC Markets Stock Sales !!

2. About beating the Revenue Estimate, I was only 75 % correct.
TRTC provided Estimate for Q2 $ 0,8 Mn, Result achieved was Q2
$ 0,599 Mn compare Q1 of only $ 0,066 Mn, an Increase of 907 % !!

Possibly the very New Edible Garden Corp. matter until getting routine
with and parallel the ongoing New 5-Acre Project and new Products
such as Cucumbers, Eggplants, Strawberry, Tomatoes, Etc. Many,
was absorbing some commercial opportunities. Not to forget the Q2
was only 65 not 90 Days of Edible Garden Corp. Revenue participation !!

At Same Rate TRTC Will Be Writing Black- Profit Numbers
Already As From Within November 2013 !!

5. According Revenues & Stock- Price Estimates, TRTC Objectively
Is Over 15x Undervalued also compare to many other Companies
Not Even SEC Reg. and this by TRTC additionally even as A SEC
Registered Company !!

6. Shorts at the Moment are very desperate under the Up- View !
